Class experience
Participants in this ongoing speaking club will compete in 2-3 impromptu (no preparation) speaking contests each week where they will be given topics and will speak about each topic for a specific amount of time (30 seconds to 2 minutes). Students will vote for the winner of each round. The person with the most votes at the end of class will be sent a printable certificate with their name on it! Students will improve their thinking and speaking skills by practicing regularly in a competitive environment.
I am a public speaker, Toastmaster, and speaking coach and I've been working with kids and adults to improve their speaking and thinking skills for many years! I'm so excited to practice this fun skill with you in a fun and competitive environment!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
