I'm a Pre-Reading Genius: One-on-One Learning

This weekly, private tutoring class is for students to learn and improve in their pre-reading skills. My classes are individualized for your child's needs, and include instruction in phonics, letter-sound-word connections, pronunciation, syllables, spelling, blending, adjectives, rhymes, opposites and conversational skills. 

In our first class, I will use comfortable conversation and fun games to get to know your student, and assess their individual strengths and areas that need concentration. I strive to provide a positive, encouraging learning environment that will make the most of our time together.  Upon signup, I will send a questionnaire for your goals, concerns and relevant student information. Additionally, I will provide bi-weekly feedback with information on your student's progress.

In addition to my English/Language Arts teaching certification and Bachelors in Communication, I have over 2000 hours of online instruction experience (including English as a Second Language).
