🖌️ This ongoing art club is for those who love art and wish to advance their sketching and painting skills while being creative. We will create a new work of art featuring a different animal and habitat in each session so you may join in at any time. 🖌️ Hone your skills by creating art consistently with repeated practice. Students will gain skills in sketching, painting, creativity, composition, and use of the Elements and Principles of Art and Design in their work.
I am a PreK-12 certified art teacher and have been teaching for 20+ years to a variety of age ranges both in schools and in the private sector.
No homework will be assigned unless they feel they would like to spend more time refining their work.
Watercolor or Mixed Media Paper - to prevent frustration this thick paper is best, thinner paper soaks up the water and wears holes into it quickly Pencil Eraser Watercolor Paint Soft Paint Brushes - a variety of sizes Water Cup Paper Towel Crayons or Oil Pastels - optional
Guidance will be provided every step of the way.
45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
