Class Experience
🐈⬛We love cats and often have cats join our classes! Let's draw what we love! This class will enhance observation skills and the understanding of proportion, shapes, and forms as we draw the full body of a cat or kitten. ✏️The difference between sketching and drawing will be discussed and demonstrated throughout the process. We’ll progress from sketching basic shapes to drawing a well-proportioned outline and end with a finished, shaded or colored drawing of an entire cat. We will teach...
This class is taught in English.
Students will gain skills in drawing, shading, proportion, and observation.
No homework will be assigned but additional practice is always encouraged.
Drawing paper Pencil (a variety of drawing pencils are helpful but not necessary) Eraser Colored pencils or crayons
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Guidance will be provided every step of the drawing.
45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
