Description
Class Experience
Students will gain skills in drawing, painting, composition, and color mixing along with making choices to enhance their painting with texture and details.
I have been teaching drawing and painting techniques for 20+ years to a variety of age ranges.
No homework will be assigned unless they feel they would like to spend more time refining their work after class.
- Pencil - 8"x10" or 9"x12" Piece of watercolor or mixed media paper (please use thick paper so they don't paint a hole into it) + a scrap piece of paper to practice color mixing - *Waterbased Markers* - Red, Yellow, Blue, and Black (permanent markers will not work) - 3 Soft Brushes - small, medium, and large - Water Cup - Paper Towel
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Guidance will be provided at every step of the painting.
45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
