Who hasn't thought about what they would do or change as President or leader of a country? In this 4 day course, we will take a deeper look into that exact thought. In each class, we will learn about and discuss several components that make up this important role. This class will be heavily based on discussions and student participation. Students will also be asked to complete a short homework assignment after each class. The homework should take no more than 30 minutes each night. In...
This class will give students a general understanding of the different roles and responsibilities of a leader, the concept of budgeting, and practice speaking.
I will provide a worksheet that students need to complete after each class. Each worksheet will be brief and should take no more than 30 minutes to complete.
A pencil and paper will be needed for each class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
There will be no assessment
3 hours 20 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
We will not discuss politics or current issues. Each topic such as education, healthcare, economic will be presented in a definition-based, generalized format.
