Course Description:
Welcome to IEW: Paper Editing, Feedback, and Grading! This four-week class is designed for students who are currently working through an IEW writing course and are seeking individualized attention and guidance for their papers. I will focus on editing and providing constructive feedback on your submitted papers. Please note that this class does not assign papers; it is solely dedicated to editing existing papers for the IEW class or program you are already taking.

Course Structure:
The class spans four weeks, and during this time, you will have the opportunity to submit 4 IEW papers. For each paper, you will submit the rough draft along with the IEW Key Word outline and checklist. The papers should be appropriately labeled, showcasing the use of dress-ups, sentence openers, and decorations according to IEW guidelines. You will receive constructive encouraging feedback with in 2 school days. You then are able to submit your final draft for assessment. Grades will be generated utilizing the IEW checklist.

Editing Process:
After you submit your papers, I will edit them within two school days and promptly return them to you for review. Rest assured that the editing process will adhere closely to the IEW guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality. The feedback and suggestions I provide will take into account the age range of the book you are working from and the corresponding checklist. Expect valuable insights and recommendations on grammar, word choice, sentence arrangement, and overall structure to enhance your writing

Grading (Optional):
If you wish to receive a grade for your final draft, you may make necessary adjustments to your rough draft paper based on the editing feedback provided and resubmit the final edited version. I will then utilize the IEW checklist to calculated a percentage grade for your paper.
