Description
Class Experience
In this one time class students will then learn about the mysterious disappearance of the passengers aboard the Mary Celeste. We will look at existing theories, as well as brainstorm our own. After a quick brain break (a short activity such as stretching or a quick game), we will move into the writing. Students will select, or create, a solution to the mystery. We will complete a graphic organizer for writing letters. Each student will write a letter as though they had witnessed what...
Students will use the facts presented to draw conclusions of the why and/or what of the shared mysteries. Students will write letters to develop real or imagined experiences or events using well-structured event sequences.
