Does your preschooler love math? Would they like to learn more about it or is it a subject that often isn't talked about? My goal is that everyone will leave feeling successful and excited about numbers that are everywhere and are so important to us every day! Numbers and number sense is the foundation we build on so we can eventually add, subtract, multiply, divide and more! In this class, we will focus on numbers 0-10 through fun, engaging, and interactive activities, including use of a flannel board, songs, fingerplays, games and children’s books! I’ll end our class with an idea they can do all by themselves! I’m looking forward to enjoying this class with your child!

Please find one item in your house that has a number(s) on it and bring it to class! Print out the attached worksheet if your child would like to "spy" numbers with us! Bring something to circle the numbers we spy (crayon, marker, pencil).

Hi! My name is Lauren and welcome to my classroom!
I live in the Chicagoland area in Illinois. I’m married and have two boys, Tyler, 12 and Benjamin,10. I have a bachelor’s degree in Early childhood education and have taught children ages 2-8 for many years.
