Students will learn basic and fundamental Lyrical dance movements such as 1st position, 2nd position, Plie, Ronde de jambe, and saute while dancing to music from Disney's hit movie Tangled! Students will also learn a short dance combination to “I See the Light”! This is a follow-along and semi-interactive class, meaning students are asked to dance along to the instruction, give thumbs up, etc. For this class, students will be placed on mute in order to properly hear the music/instruction and dance effectively. However, students can ask questions throughout the class should they arise. This class offers a supportive and encouraging teaching style, and no prior dance experience is required!

Parental Guidance
As with any physical activity, dance carries certain risks of injury involved. We kindly ask that each student has a parent or guardian accessible but off camera throughout the lesson in order to reduce risks of injury. We will be stretching during class to prevent dance related injuries. Please have a water bottle nearby and a clutter free dance area, as most movements travel a bit.
*Please note that only enrolled learners may be present on camera (unless a parent or guardian is helping a learner with sound/Zoom functions).
Supply List
Students will need: -A water Bottle -Exercise clothes like shorts, sweats, or leggings with a tank or T-shirt -Barefoot, socks, or leather Ballet shoes -Ample space to dance (recommended room size of at least 6X10)
