Class Experience

Students will learn strategies to help calm themselves through mindfulness when feeling angry or upset. Strategies include deep breathing exercises, rating scale and labelng anger in the body. 
Sandra Arntzen has taught at Mc Lean Hospital in Boston and at the ECPHP Program at UCLA and has experience working with a range of social emotional issues with families. 
No homework
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
