I Love My Doll Tea Party

Bring a doll of any kind to class and get ready to dance and do physical movement while we learn and practice how to care for our dolls! We will spend the majority of the class dancing and moving through exercise with our dolls. We will have a social tea and dance party where we will move and interact with others while sipping pretend tea, dancing our little hearts out and playing games too.

We will spend the rest of the class period working on our interaction skills when we share about our doll. This interaction can be movement based or (if they are willing) verbal. The students will be prompted to answer questions about their dolls which include but are not limited to color, number and size. I believe in learning through play and they will love speaking about their dolls not realizing the (snuck in) educational components.

No prior experience is required. My energetic teaching style will have your little dancer up and moving and grooving while interacting through movement and (if they are willing) verbally for a majority of the class- all while learning! Please have an open space for your dancer to move and bring a water bottle to class too. Dance at your own risk.
