Share your love of all things Egypt with others in this fun weekly club! We'll explore a range of topics, including history, geography, language, art, archeology and more. The focus of each meeting will rotate between Ancient Egypt and modern times, giving learners a well-rounded overview of this fascinating country. My dad is Egyptian, so I have always had that deep and personal connection to the country. I also lived there from 2011-2015 working as a video journalist, and enjoyed many incredible experiences!
A paper and pen or pencil may be requested for certain classes. The teacher will send a reminder when these are needed.
In certain classes we will discuss what Egyptians believed about death, and the tombs and burial process in ancient times. No graphic images are used in these classes.
