Kids will learn techniques to help them transition to solo sleeping/have a better night's sleep. I'll also offer tips for parents.

Class Experience

-Basic knowledge around good sleep hygiene.
-progressive muscle relaxation for bed time.
-how to "throw away" worries.
I have a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health and several years of experience discussing sleep hygiene and worries with children.

**A paper sack (lunch size is fine) to make the "trash bag" and whatever decorating supplies your child would like.** Following the class, I will post a reminder sheet for the progressive muscle relaxation in the classroom. I will also post a link to pre-bed activities that parents and children can do together.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
