Throughout much of my 20 year teaching career, I created and guided students through integrated, inquiry-based projects based on local history and current events. These projects are also known as ‘project-based learning’ units of study. The goal of these projects is to make learning meaningful and relevant, culminating in a celebratory showcase of learning.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
40 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
