I am a National Board Certified Teacher with years of experience in the area of writer's workshop. Throughout my teacher career, I have participated in many writing workshops and professional learning communities. Also, for the past 19 years, I have taught explicit writing lessons to students daily. Using different writing strategies, teacher models, and different mentor text, I have watched many students excel in writing.
