In this one-time class, students practice critical sight words and are introduced to a word family to build up to reading and practicing whole sentences.

Description
Class Experience
Students will gain recognition and automaticity with 4-6 sight words and a word family. They will recognize these words in isolation and in a sentence. Students will also practice reading fluency, focusing on expression and accuracy.
I encourage students to practice the sentences and paragraphs after class with their family.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
