Description
Class Experience
I will teach students a song to remember the multiples of 4! We will sing 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 28, 32, 36, 40, 44, 48! Then, we will draw arrays to discuss that multiplication means counting groups of numbers! We will discuss drawing arrays as a strategy for solving multiplication! We will also discuss that skip counting by 4 is another strategy to use when solving a multiplication problem! We will build math fluency by multiplying by four together! The largest math fact that we will discuss...
Students will improve their understanding of the multiples of 4, and students will be able to multiply by 4, up to 4 times 12.
I have been a public school teacher for over 10 years. I love to use singing to help students remember math skills!

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
