In this one-time course, students will learn the basic hand's anatomy, and how to draw them by participating along in class.

This is 75minutes one-time course focused on drawing hands for beginners. (basic drawing skill required) A live demo will be provided in the first 10 minutes, the purpose of the demo is to provide visual information for students. During this time, students will learn the basic hand's anatomy and the essential techniques for drawing: -How to do LIGHT SKETCH -How to use LINE WEIGHT -How to apply SHADING For the remaining 60 minutes, students will participate in drawing three hand gestures, these gestures are decided through voting by the students, then, we will spend 20 minutes on each hand gesture. At the end of each drawing, students will have the option to show their artwork in class.

-Students will be able to Draw better Hand gestures.
-Students will be able to feel more comfortable in their Drawing skills.
-Students will be able to apply Basic Shading to their drawing.

I am Cang, I obtained a Bachelor of Fine Art, Digital Media 2D Animation through Kendall College of Art and Designs. In the past I have work on a comic book called "wireman" and a short animation Youtube channel opening sequence as commission work. I have also tutored and taught art to teenagers and adults.
I believe that if you can hold a pen, you can draw! Art is an interpretation through observation, every artist is unique in their own way. a solid foundation and fundamental skill can go a long way.
