Class Experience

I am a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) who has been practicing yoga and meditation for 12 years. I hold a Master of Arts in Transpersonal Psychology degree and have more than 3 years experience as a school-based mental health therapist. 
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
