Writing should be fun, not torturous, and sometimes the only obstacle is finding something your child LIKES to write about. 

I am a former teacher and author of over 25 books for kids including the Hazel, the Clinic Cat chapter book series about a well-meaning but naughty cat who lives in a veterinary clinic. I am the published author of over 25 books for children and have sold over 20000 copies on Amazon since 2012. Book series include BE THE VET, EVIE AND THE VOLUNTEERS, HAZEL: THE CLINIC CAT, NILES AND BRADFORD, CLARA AND TUNI, AND THIRD GRADE OUTSIDER. I give school talks to students about the writing process and encourage the following of one's passions and commitment to hard work despite setbacks. I hope to foster a love of learning and to help students to find joy in their writing.
