Kids will be taking part in exercise. If there are any health issues or limitations, it is required that they inform the instructor and have approval from a physician at their own discretion. Students need an open workout space free of trip hazards, proper footwear, and water. As a class, we will take part in a warm up and stretch to prepare our body. There is always a risk of injury during physical activity. We will discuss and model proper form, but parents should supervise children for proper application of these skills during class.
youtube videos and a diagram packet will be used in class for instruction and references.
