Hello Little Scientists! In this introductory human anatomy class, you will learn the basics of the human heart. We will begin class by introducing ourselves and discussing what we already know about the human heart. We will discuss where your heart is located, its main functions, and how many times it beats in one day! This class is interactive and will be taught using PowerPoint. Students will improve their understanding of the human heart and be able to relate this information to their bodies.
I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health. As a health educator, I continue to study these topics to remain informed.
1 file available upon enrollmentA one-page handout will be provided. This handout is optional. Students may use a blank piece of paper and a pen or pencil.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
