Class Experience

We cover tricks like the hand spin, balancing and the whirlpool just to mention a few. We are looking to expand dexterity and coordination in a fun creative and supportive environment.
Practice is optional but recommended for building smooth tricks!
A none weighted hula hoop. Up to your belly button for waist hula hooping, smaller for hand tricks if you want two but that is optional.
A bottle of water, appropriate clothing for exersize and clear space of breakables. Listening ears for those instruction!
30 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
Students will need 8 square feet of space clear of breakables and a non weighted hula hoop. A bottle of water, appropriate clothing and footwear for movement are important. Listening ears for those instruction and adult eyes are always helpful to help your learner.
