Class Experience

This class is taught in English.
Students will learn the basics of HTML and CSS and how they are used in real-world applications. The goal of this course is to inspire students to continue learning more about coding and web development!
I’ve been a professional developer for nearly a decade. In the past I've worked for Dell, Apple, Best Buy, and the Government of New Zealand. Over the last 4 years, I’ve been teaching and mentoring aspiring junior developers.
Students will be provided with a free Replit for Education account. This easy to use editor is widely used by school districts and is a leading tool for coding education. Your student will have access to the account throughout the course and for 90 days after the course is completed. The code editor can be used with Windows, Apple Mac, Chromebooks, and Linux laptop or desktop computers. iPads can be used with a keyboard/ mouse for the course.

****Students will need to be very comfortable typing and know how to copy/paste on their device.*********
