Class Experience

In this course, we will be unlocking the secrets to what makes a gripping series of conflicts in a story. Whether you have a creative writing project you're currently working on, or you're eager to start something new, this class will help you figure out how to make your conflicts work for your story. We will analyze how great conflicts support plots from famous literature/film examples. Upon our analysis, we will discuss the different conflict types and how they tie into each other to make a captivating story the reader absolutely must finish to get closure. Finally, we will discuss conflict clichés to avoid when writing a story and how to revive a dying conflict. 

There are no requirements or materials for this course. You are encouraged to take notes and participate in any discussions we may have.
