In this one-time class your student will learn the basics of preparing and writing a well-designed artist statement which represents their artwork.

Artist statements can be difficult to write, but this class will help your student find a solid starting point to build upon! We will explore the four categories: Description, Process, Intent, and Thought. Knowledge and practice with these categories will allow your learner to communicate with their audience not only through their artwork but also through their words.
