SW (Students Will)

1 Students will write 5-7 sentences within a five minute period. 
2. Fill out the KWL Chart (First 2 sections)
3. Students will improve their understanding of their own writing by reverse planning.  
4. Students will learn about six different types of graphic organizers and input their writing into these organizers.   
5. Students will understand how they are able to plan their writing in a backwards sequence. Fill out last section of the KWL Chart. 

Homework Offered
Due to the fact that this is one class, students will not be assigned any homework but they will be assigned time to complete the work during class. If they do not complete the work, this will be due the following week via the platform. For extra practice, I give optional assignments. 
0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
Assessments Offered
Students will get a chance to be spotlighted and they can share their work. If they do not want to share their work, they will need to send their work to the teacher. Depending on how much time is left, and the number of students in the class, everyone will probably get a chance to share their work.
