How to Train Your Dragon: Chat, Craft, and Trivia Club (Ending Nov 13)

In this ongoing class, students will be on a 3 week rotation of crafts, trivia games, and chatting about our favorite dragons. Students will learn about Vikings, dragons, and more in this fun social club!

Class Experience

In this class, students will craft, chat, and participate in fun trivia related to How to Train Your Dragon. Make new friends while discussing your favorite dragons, learning real life facts related to dragons, and crafting with the class!

Students will be on a 3 week rotation of crafts, trivia, and "dragon of the week".

Dragon of the Week- Every three weeks, we learn about a different dragon in detail. We talk about it's lifestyle, it's abilities, it's strengths, and more!
Crat Weeks- Common crafting supplies such as construction paper, scissors, glue or tape and other common items for crafts will be used. 
Trivia Parties- Trivia days are the best! Test your knowledge on dragon classes, popular characters, dragon species, and more, while conversing with friends!

Week of Nov 8th- last week of class!

Supply List
Supply lists will be given at least one week prior to craft week. The items will be low cost, common craft items.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

Hello everyone! My name is Serena. I have a bachelors degree in Human Services and I am passionate about helping students reach their potential, raise their self-esteem, and discuss topics that are important to them. 

I am most experienced in working with middle and high school students in one-on-one and group settings. In the past, I worked as a Behavioral Health Intervention Specialist at juvenile facility with high school student for 2.5 years. I have also been in charge of planning, organizing and facilitating groups, as well as working with individuals, ages 5-18, to reach goals. I was in charge of a youth program for 3.5 years as well.

I enjoy keeping students engaged through interactive activities, videos, class discussion, creating posters, and more! Please join me for some fun, interactive classes that will also help you build some important life skills!
