I have 17 years of experience with exchange programs in various countries as I have been an exchange student myself (UK), hosted students (Germany, Denmark, South Korea), sent my own students on exchanges (France, South Korea), and trained both incoming and outgoing exchange students as a coordinator from a large variety of countries around the world.
