Beginner Level
In this class your student will learn how to start their own at home bakery business better know as a Cottage Bakery. We will look at the laws in your state as well as requirements for selling. We will learn to calculate food cost, advertise, make our menu, and make our labels. I will share some of my best selling recipes. This is an interactive class and I will show your student step by step what to do to get started. My class is very relaxed and will give your student a great opportunity to make independent decisions,

Parental Guidance
We will be in the kitchen using the stove top and oven,
We will be using knives and sharp tools.
We will be removing hot items from the stove and oven.
We will be using Canva for adverting part of our class.
Supply List
Oven, stove, baking sheets, bread pans, wooden utensils, large bowls. SOME MATERIALS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER YOU SIGN. Bread Machine are great but not required. (Check local thrift stores for machines). For a more detailed list message me.
