Students will be taught how to discover the potential product ideas currently living within them. This class is designed for students who exhibit an interest in creative ideas, entrepreneurship, business, finances, and marketing. We will do a brief intro on how ideas are turned into products that sell. Using a simple structure (skills you possess, knowledge you acquired, challenges you overcame) students will complete an exercise where they list at least 20 “nuggets” that have the potential to be future business ideas. If time allows, we will chart our idea nuggets on a demand matrix. My teaching style is fun, playful, energetic. I am visual and expressive. I gesticulate and entertain with facial expressions in a way that engages listeners.
Learning Goals
Students will learn how to reframe their abilities into business and product ideas that can serve and benefit others.
They will be empowered to interact with the world as a self-sufficient problem solver.
