Class Experience

I have experience selling on a variety of platforms. I will discuss how to sell on Etsy. We will talk a little bit about the history of the company, how it differs from other resell sites, and how to create a specialized niche product that will appeal to buyers. We will discuss how to properly market products for search engine optimization, pricing, photographing, and tagging. Students will learn about the importance of good customer services skills, how to gain a following and repeat...

Students will learn the basics of opening up a successful business on Etsy.

I have a B.S in History
M.S in Educational Counseling
Minor in Art and Career Counseling
15+ years of teaching 
2 years reselling online on multiple platforms. I would love to share my knowledge with you as you get started.

In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:ETSY

1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

Check with federal and state labor laws for requirements for fair labor standards especially pertaining to minors working with hazardous materials. I encourage students to work under the guidance of their parents.
