--------THIS CLASS IS CURRENTLY BEING RESTRUCTURED. NO MORE MEETINGS WILL BE ADDED UNTIL AUGUST.---------We will meet by video chat weekly and use the outschool discussions to learn how to play the Pokemon Trading Card Game. We will compare cards, learn how to build our own decks and then eventually play the game! This course is VERY IN DEPTH! It will go over everything you need to know to be successful in playing the game! I will go over EX, GX, Mega Evolutions, Breaks and more. We will be watching videos and playing as well. Topics Covered: Week 1: The Basics: Card Types, Energy, Objective of the Game Week 2: Abilities Attacking, Retreating and Evolving Week 3:Deck Building. Using the Pokemon Cards you have, we will create a deck for you! Please have a variety of Pokemon: Basic, Stage 1 and Stage 2, trainer cards and energy cards. Week 4: Let's Play: Learners will set up the game and play against each other. Supply List
Learners should have a variety of pokemon cards. With the cards that the learner has, it may not be possible to build a deck. You can always buy a pre-made pokemon theme deck at Target/Walmart for roughly $13. Please contact me if you have any questions concerning these materials.
