Effective planning can help you achieve goals, maintain focus, and feel productive. This one-time class will provide you with an effective and simple process to use when identifying goals and planning your day to effectively incorporate not only what you NEED to get done, but also what you WANT to accomplish. You will come out of class equipped with ideas & tools, motivation, and a system for how to best plan your days. Thoughtful planning helps you use your time efficiently, be prepared for what your day holds, and decreases stress and worry over what still needs to get done. You will also find that this helps you achieve your goals because they become a part of your daily or weekly routine. Three areas of focus will be explored that promote productivity and goal achievement: Your Environment, Creativity, and Healthy Habits. Application exercises will be provided to help you identify goals you have in these areas, culminating in an easy process to use weekly to ensure these focuses, and other responsibilities and commitments, fit into your daily routine. Tips for organization, making chores more pleasant, gaining control over time-wasters, and feeling your best physically and mentally are also covered in class. This is a practiced method achieved by many years of personal research and application! “Guard well your spare moments. They are like uncut diamonds. Discard them and their value will never be known. Improve them and they will become the brightest gems in a useful life.” Ralph Waldo Emerson
