Effective planning can help you achieve goals, maintain focus, and feel productive. This one-time class will provide you with an effective and simple process to use when identifying goals and planning your day to effectively incorporate not only what you NEED to get done, but also what you WANT to accomplish. Students will learn a process they can use each week to identify goals and plan their days. This process incorporates goals in various areas, as well as daily commitments.
Allison Woolley has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dietetics from the University of California at Davis and has homeschooled her children, ages 15 and 18, for 13 years. Her background in health & nutrition and project management combine to give her a strong foundation in identifying goals, priorities, and healthy habits, then how to best organize and plan your day to incorporate them. Additionally, Allison has led youth groups and classes for 5th – 12th graders for over 6 years, helping her recognize the needs, demands, and social dynamics of that age range.
