What will be taught? We will study the value of each coin/bill. Students will practice multiplying & dividing different amounts of money. What topics will you cover? The topic for this class is learning about the value of U.S. money and how to buy things using American money. This includes pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters, $1, $5, $10, and $20 dollar bills. - Students will practice money recognition and how to multiply & divide money when paying for things. This information will be reinforced throughout the lesson using pictures, games, songs and worksheets.
