I am an award-winning filmmaker who has won various awards for Directing, Writing, and Producing films including a Best Director award win in New York in 2018. I created, wrote, produced, and directed a 12 episode crime series, Forensic Psychologist, which had its world premiere in New York this Summer. I also co-wrote, directed, and produced a remake of the Sundance film Tape, directed an international thriller, The Audition, which was released on Amazon Prime and Sky last year, and produced a horror film, Murder Ballads, which is releasing later this year. I have filmed across the globe including the UK, US, Hong Kong, and Japan, and with over 15 years of hands-on experience have expertise in these various fields. My works have been covered by major trade publications including Variety, Deadline, Screen Daily, and The Hollywood Reporter. While I am from London I also headed the international arm of Hong Kong's oldest broadcaster Asia Television (ATV).
When discussing film, we may talk about movies which feature elements of violence however the subject matter itself will not form part of the conversation, and we will not discuss movies outside the appropriate age of the group. The class, and therefore the films discussed, is inclusive to people of all cultures.
My courses are about what I’ve spent the last 15 years doing and absolutely love – making movies and shows around the world! From writing scripts to directing and producing, every step has its share of challenges but I also love the process of...
