Description

Class Experience

I'm very passionate about this topic, and believe it's extremely beneficial for young people to start learning about EQ and practicing ways to improve, in order to lead a successful and fulfilling life. My personal experience is that I've studied psychology for almost a decade, and have a master's degree from USC because of how much I enjoy learning about and teaching topics on human behavior.
Pen or pencil and paper for each class just in case. You may also print worksheets I send if you like. I will provide everything else (digital).
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
2 hours 30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
There will be worksheets available on the classroom wall. Please print and bring the blank worksheets I post to the classroom wall to class each day. If we have time, we will be working on them in class. If not I ask students take a little bit of time out of their day to fill out the worksheets on their own throughout the week between each class.
