Beginner Level
In this self-paced course, students will learn how to have healthy and happy friendships.  If your child struggles with making new friends and/or struggles with the friendships he/she alreayd has, this class will be helpful in helping them self-reflect and create healthy friendships.  Students will learn the value of the friendship with themselves and how that affects other relationships.  They will also learn ways of starting new friendships, how to have boundaries in friendships and how to be a good friend.

Lesson 1:
Your friendship with YOU
 The first step to having awesome friendships with other people is learning how to have an awesome friendship with yourself. In this lesson, you’ll learn why this is so important. There’s no more important, lasting, and influential relationship in your life than the one you have with yourself. Your relationship with yourself is the foundation of all other relationships.

Lesson 2:
How To Start a Friendship
 Students will learn how to be more outgoing and connect with others. There are a lot of ways to develop friendships, but it’s not always easy to know how to get started. This class will provide students with tips for initiating conversations with others, building relationships, and finding shared interests.

Lesson 3:
How To Be a Good Friend
 In this lesson, students learn what it takes to be a good friend and will brain storm ways to be supportive and encouraging with friends.

Boundaries in a Friendship and How to Recognize a Toxic Friend
 In this lesson, students will learn the importance of knowing their limits in friendships, and how to recognize a toxic friendship.  Boundaries are things we put in place to help relationships stay healthy.
