Learn from a Cambridge graduate! Are you worried about getting into college? Do you need scholarship money to offset your costs? This one time class will teach clear strategies on how to approach your high school years in a way to prepare you for entrance to colleges, as well as how to pursue scholarship money. When I was a student, I knew that I did not want to have big loans to attend college after high school. I intentionally planned my high school path to gear my resume toward being scholarship eligible. Because of my efforts, I not only had many scholarship offers from various universities, I also was able to make more scholarship money than needed to pay for housing, books, tuition, and board, so that I received a check of the surplus each semester. In this one time class, I will teach you my strategies, what colleges are looking for in your high school experience (homeschool, public, or private school), as well as how to present yourself in a way that is able to bring the most scholarship awards. This class is perfect for middle schoolers preparing to enter high school. I always recommend that you start with a plan. If you are already in high school, this class will help you capitalize on your remaining time and give you strategies to present yourself well on college applications.
Learning Goals
Students will develop strategies and goals for preparing for college and scholarship applications.
