Class Experience

In the first class, students will gain basic knowledge of what an entrepreneur is, the difference between a service and product-based business, and ways they can turn their hobbies into a summer job/business. 

After class will include critical questions for students to answer regarding their potential summer business, such as start-up costs, materials and supplies need, available hours, what customers they would like to service, etc. 

The second class is where students will learn about the...

This class is taught in English.

Students will learn how to take a hobby they already enjoy and make money doing it.

Learners will have 1 homework assignment answering questions about their potential summer job or business in order for them to use critical thinking skills and gain additional knowledge on what it would take for them to create a summer job or business. Homework should take about an hour.

Writing materials such as pencil or pen and a paper or notebook will be needed.

55 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
