Description

Class Experience

This class will teach students how to create a flyer design using Canva.com's online design program. We will cover selecting colors, images, fonts, and flyer concept design. 

Learners will need to join Canva.com in order to be able to create their own flyers. This is a FREE program and only offers a paid version for upgrades to more image and font options.

Our class will begin with a demonstration of how to use the program. The students will have a chance to create a flyer and share it with...

Students will be able to design and complete a flyer to be downloaded in PDF or Image format.

Students will be given the task of creating 2 flyers at home using the skills offered in the class. They do not need to print anything. The flyers will be turned in via email. Learners will review the flyers created in the second class.

A one-page handout will be provided to the students about the lesson covered.

In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:Canva Design Program

1 hour 20 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
