In this one time class, we will read the book "How to Catch a Turkey," design our own turkey trap, and color a turkey coloring page.

- Retell stories, including key details, and demonstrate understanding of their central message or lesson.
- Ask and answer questions about key details in a text.
I have been an Elementary Education teacher for 10 years, have my Masters in Education, and I have 3 little boys who love adventure!  We love to use our imagination and be creative with all topics!

- 2 pages will need to be printed prior to class time. These will be supplied upon enrollment in the Classroom tab. Turkey Trap Design supplies: - If you're keeping it simple: Crayons/colored pencils/markers - If your child would like to try to BUILD a trap, please bring supplies that would aid in this, such as Legos/building blocks, play doh, popsicle sticks, Q-tips, rubber bands, glue, empty boxes, empty cups/cans, pipe cleaners, straws, etc.
