Description
Class Experience
Young artists will gain knowledge of composition in art, brush techniques, improve their creative skills and will gain the confidence they need to create their own original and captivating art works.
What's Your Homework: 1. Submit a photo of your painting 2. Record a video or write in the comments an explanation of your work/process/title of the artwork (optional but recommended) 3. Complete sketchbook assignments (you aren't required to upload photos of these unless you really want to!) Young artists will independently complete at least one abstract painting a week. They are also expected to complete sketchbook exercises at least 3 days a week. Every artist works differently and at different paces. Which is what makes each artist so unique and inspiring. Depending on the artist, paintings may take one 30 minute session to five 30 minute sessions. Artists can work at their own pace, add as much detail as they'd like to, and are not required to paint in only ONE sitting with this FLEX class. Take brain breaks, and have fun! Artists can always reach out to me if they need any extra help.
