Class Experience

Students will review content from IB Economics, as well as learn tips and tricks to tackle exam questions from: paper one, paper two, and paper three.
I have been teaching IB Economics for over fifteen years, and I am an IB Economics Examiner as well. I have a Master of Teaching in Business Studies and the Humanities (Economics, Geography, and History) from the University of Melbourne, Australia. I currently live in USA and teach IB Economics and World History full-time at an IB School.
There will be a full paper one essay question (parts a and b), as well as a full paper two, and a full paper three that will be assigned as homework. Students will receive peer feedback as well as teacher feedback on those.
I will supply class materials. Students may also bring any textbooks they’re required to purchase at their school, but not required in this class.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
Peer feedback and teacher feedback using the assessment criteria published by the IBO in the IB Economics subject guide.
3 hours 45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
