I have an English literature degree and a Cambridge teaching certificate (CELTA). I have been teaching for over 15 years.
0Students should have paper and a pen or pencil or access to a word/document program on a device. They should also have a Flipgrid account.
During class, on the class chat, we will be discussing current events, the selection of a Supreme Court Justice, electing a President, and Democrats and Republicans in Congress. These can be a controversial, and politically divisive topic. As the instructor I will be neutral and fact based, but other students may share their opinions in the chat that could be politically bias.
