Description

Class Experience

The Human body is capable of complex movements. In order for those movements to occur, the skeletal system, the muscular system, and the nervous system (with some help from the cardiovascular system) must work together! In the class we will discuss:
- Muscles: What are they? Where are they? How are they named?
- Nerves: How do our nerves talk to our muscles?
- Gait: How do we walk? 
- Biomechanics: The physics of the human body.
It is highly recommended that students complete "Speaking...
