Class Experience

US Grade Pre-Kindergarten - 1
Please join me in this one time interactive class. Your child will learn to identify the parts of a book, sequencing, life cycle of apples, and we will review the parts of an apple while listening to an informative fall story, How Do Apples Grow by Betsy Maestro.

During this class, your child will be introduced to the parts of a book. Next, I will read the story to the students. We will review the life cycle of an apple after our story with a craftivity. If time allows we will sing a short rhyme and practice graphing skills to create a chart of our favorite type of apples!

I will also include an optional math activity for students to practice one-to-one correspondence with numbers.

I look forward to seeing your child in my virtual classroom!

***An adult helper is highly encouraged for this craft especially for younger learners!
