Beginner Level
In this beginner's class, students will learn how to make hot chocolate bombs! ***Please note: Supplies at stores may be limited. IF your supplies are delayed, I will offer a transfer to a class less than ONE week out. Please note: This is a beginner class and not advanced. I take it slow, showing step by step processes. Your chocolate bombs are a process. You may not finish all of your processes during this class and will follow behind me. This will not be even close to perfect the first time. It is hard but can be mastered. *PLEASE make sure to plan on doing this with your child for younger learners as they will need lots of assistance to keep them on track:)! I also leave detailed instructions before class for this reason. No notes are required;). Please be assured that even if these do not turn out the first that it is a skill you learn and will perfect over trying more times:)! ****You WILL NEED A SILICONE MOLD for this class. Please do not sign up for this class if you do not have a silicone mold as your cocoa bombs will not turn out. Please know that you will follow behind me. Your chocolate times may be much different than mine. If you do not use the chocolates that I am using, I cannot guarantee that your chocolate will melt. Please be advised! This will be taught in the comfort of my kitchen, as most supplies require kitchen supplies for the task at hand. We will learn the art of molding chocolate, taking the chocolates out of the mold, adding further ingredients, closing the chocolate bombs, and presentation techniques. This class is a one-time class, structured from your home. I will also offer a question and answering session at the end of this. My teaching style for this course is one that is of directions and actions required by the students as this is a hands-on learning class. Learners will watch, take action, and make their very own chocolate bombs! At the end of class I will show you a sample of my creations! NO knowledge is required for this class. Please note: Learner supplies are your responsibility. **I do not send supplies. Thanks!

Parental Guidance
Due to the use of a stove, heat, and kitchen materials, adult supervision is suggested. We will use the stove at a low setting of heat and will use a higher setting of heat for heating up milk or water to make the bombs when we sample them.
