In this one day course, your child will play a game of Jeopardy to review common errors in Grammar/English Language Arts. As your child plays, we will discuss grammar rules and tips to help retain long term information.

Class Experience

The goal of this class is to improve the understanding of common grammar rules and ensure your child walks away more confident in their grammar ability. 

**Cameras MUST be on and student should be ready for full participation. Participation is key when learning and retaining information :)
There are no supplies needed. I will be conducting the Jeopardy game via "Screen Share" on zoom so students just have to join the meeting and have fun!
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
At the end of the class, there will be a self paced assessment covering the rules we discussed in the game to make sure each student retained the information. There will be a link to the assessment in the classroom post but is to be completed AFTER class. 
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Jeopardy will be conducted from my computer via "Screen Share" so no login is required to play. This is a safe site I have used frequently in the classroom for test reviews. Students will take a quiz after the class using Google Forms which the link will be provided after booking. Again, no login required, just click on the link, fill out the quiz and submit :)
